My lack of satisfaction is about lack of variety. I eat mostly meat (or fish or
eggs), fruits, nuts, and a small quantity of other stuff (vegetables, sometimes
sprouted seeds). I don't think I really lack fat, since I eat meat, beef bone
marrow and nuts.
