I repsonded:
It seems about the same. Except for this bone marrow lately. If anybody is
missing cheese they might give it a try. ;)

BUT I would be eating nowhere near the quantity of meat. I would eat plenty
of salmon/shellfish and avos when the seafood attraction waned. So the fat
intake is probably similar but not from meat. Somewhere down the line I
should try eating only raw meat in the quantity I am presently eating very
rare meat. But, you know, seared meat is _great_ relative to completely raw
meat...;)
