My husband and I are planning a bike tour this summer from Bozeman Montana
to Glacier national park. We will have very limited carrying capacity and
so we will have to rely on small town grociery stores along the way. I am
concerned about finding gluten free foods. Does anyone have any experience
bike touring as a celiac? Do you have any recommendations about what to
eat or where one is likely to find acceptable foods in small western towns?
