I just started teaching my new Sunday School class of 4 year olds today.  I
have triplets  that are allergic to dairy, yeast, and sugar.  I would love to
make some treats for them to eat, (they brought seaweed to eat,which the
other kids didn't like.)

Does anyone have any ideas for me?
