Yipes,

Don't delete anything unless you are absolutely sure what you are deleting.
Windows will often spool virtual memory files that are active into that
directory. Some Windows applications may install components in that directory
and if you delete the necessary files the applications will no longer work. The
biggest problem with cleaning files in the Windows environment is that it is
quite easy to inadvertently delete something that is very important. If you
don't know the origin and reason for a file don't delete unless is an obvious
.txt or .doc or other known data file format. We have had many clients render
their computers inoperable in process of cleaning files off their hard disk.
