The May 15, 1998 meeting of the Visually Impaired Pittsburgh Area Computer
Enthusiasts may now be heard via a realaudio netcast. For the first time,
blind computer users anywhere may join VIPACE in the sharing of
information through the use of this new technology!

Doug Hunsinger recorded the meeting and converted the hightlights to
digital format. David Vitulla discusses his plans to use the net to trim
phone bills using the device at http://www.aplio.com and Dave Noble of
Pittsburgh's Radio Information Service - http://trfn.clpgh.org/ris/ - is
our guest speaker. He discusses plans for the digital future of RIS.

To hear the VIPACE netcast, visit http://www.audible.net and select the
link near the top of the page or use
http://www.audible.net/rams/vipace.ram for a direct link to the
recording.
VIPACE members would appreciate your feedback on this net audio
