hello,

i am one of those few (i believe) individuals who
is on neaderthin to control blood sugar rather than
lose weight. right now i am eating lots of fruit
and meat (and some nuts) and my blood
sugar symptoms haven't improved much. my questions
are:

1) will i have to cut back on fruit to control my
blood sugar (i think i know the answer to this
but i want to confirm. i don't see it mentioned
in neaderthin).

2) giving up fruit will be extremely difficult. i get
extremely irritable and lethargic, to the point that
it is difficult to do anything. if i give up fruit,
can i count on these initial symptoms to go away,
and if so, how long will it take before i start to
feel better again?

thanx!
