True. Lately I have been buying those "family packs" of chicken
wings, legs, etc. and broiling them all up in a big batch. These
are cheap, and on sale day even cheaper. Stored in the fridge,
they're handy for snacks or a quick meal. And chicken fat is one
of the few dietary sources of gamma linoleic acid, so be sure to
eat the skins.
