I've been lurking here for a little while trying to learn a few things. Now I
have some questions---I have arthritis. I have read and heard that grains and
cereals are bad. Why? What is it in grains that cause arthritis to become
more severe? Same with diabetics. Again why? What kind of paleo food should
I be eating to help ease some of the pain? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
