Most nuts, sesame seeds, seaweed, some fruits (dates, figs, raisins, prune,
papaya, elderberry) and green leafy veggies (esp. kale and "tops" such as
beet and turnip, plus parsley, nettle, watercress, dandelion, raspberry
leaf, and other wild greens) as well as bones are all good sources of
calcium. Some fish bones you can eat. Animal bones can be soaked in
vinegar to leach out the calcium. Chocolate, spinach, rhubarb, and
brewer's yeast interfere with calcium absorption.
