First off, I know NOTHING about gallbladder surgery, so the following
suggestions may be totally inappropriate. But, for what it's worth, you
may want to try these when you can take a little solid food:
Warm cider with dried organic apples soaked in it, cream of buckwheat
with a little cinnamon on top, canned peaches or pears (without sugar,
etc.) pureed in the blender, veggies in the juicer, broth made from ham
hock with lentils cooked until they're mush, or with peas mushed (I know
these aren't paleo, but you'll need some protein).
