OK. i thought you meant, be on NeanderThin a couple weeks, then go off it
for a couple weeks.
yes, what you're proposing should work. i find i lost weight the best when
i kept the fruit to 2 or less each day. more than that, i still felt
perfectly fine, i just slowed/quit on the wieght loss.
