Exactly, exactly. I am new, this is my first post. Hello everyone, I'm trying
to decide whether I should jump into this paleo way of life, pulling my family
and pets in after me. I have read Neaderthin with great interest. I came here
looking for information and found a few days of whether or not I should be
drinking alcohol (uh, no, I'm new here and I can see at least that much), and
then a dissertation on drug use, etc.
From my search of the archives, there has been great information in the past
and hopefully the list *will* get back on target so I can learn enough about
how everyone is doing it, living it, cooking or not cooking it, so I can
decide if I want and can do it.
So, I agree, as a new person, this list is not what I had hoped, but I know it
was once. Can it please be again so people like myself are not waiting an
extra day to begin getting healthy, while awaiting more information that will
give them that final incentive?
