Well, for some people it appears to be.  Or if not gluten then
some other component of grains.  It certainly didn't work out
that way for me, since going gluten-free (and completely paleo,
for that matter) did not bring about any improvement.  But
removal of tomatoes made a difference.

Interestingly, my dad's psoriasis (it runs in families) is not at
all helped by abstaining from tomatoes.  He has had it all his
life and at this point could care less, though.  It is only on
his elbows, and he sprays WD-40 on them when he wants to look
presentable.  I'm sure that's toxic as hell, but he's used to
making his own choices.
