I have to say that Atkins has taken a risk to promote this low-carb
lifestyle which has led many of us to other ways of eating such as
Neanderthin.

He was on TV tonight in NY on Channel 11. He has convinced the 2nd Avenue
Deli, a famous Jewish deli, to add an Atkins special on to their menu. I
haven't seen what the special consists of but I'm sure it's meat, meat,
meat. I'll run by there tomorrow and let everyone know.

It's a begining that he is trying to catch on after years of
villification. Just check out this month's Prevention magazine and watch
them cut low-carb to shreds. They have to support the low-fat life that
they've made tons of money pushing. It's pathetic.

Leaving dairy and grains behind. Still working towards that Neanderthal
look :)
