All,

On the news tonight, there was a short piece reporting on an article
published in a medical journal.  Sorry I missed the journals name.  The
article cautioned against having less than 26% fat in the diet, as less
than that reduces good cholesterol, and raises tri-glycerides, which
raises a persons chance of cardiac disease.

Perhaps the low fat craze is coming to an end.

If anyone else saw the report, and caught the name of the medical
journal, perhaps they could post that information.
