Oh, well you just gave the answer.  You _should_ be eating plenty of meat
and orgainc whole foods.  (That's what this list is about!  The assumption
is generally that people on this list are doing that.  Or at least it was
when the list was first started.)  Otherwise, you will need supplementation
because you are on an unnatural diet, and even with supplementation you
will likely not get proper nutrition.

I am currently of the opinion that women who are in or have been through
the taxations of childbearing and nursing and women who are experiencing
menopause should take supplements especially if they're not eating
organic foods and don't eat a lot of meat.
