I'm not as familiar with those laws as I probably should be, though. Is
the oil that a fried food is fried in considered an ingredient for
labelling purposes?
The brand I usually get from Walmart is called Randolph's or Rudolph's, and
the only ingredient listed is pork skins.

There are now laws saying you have to list ingredients. Jay's
Pork Rinds lists only pork skins and salt. Every other brand I've seen
has flour and/or MSG, including Jay's "Hot and Spicy" brand. If you want
