The cake mix does not contain eggs but you have to add eggs to it. If
you have a replacement for egg you can use that. Know though that the
cakes do not turn out exactly as they do if you were to add the egg.
I have a recipe that I have sent to the list previously for banana cake
which is very good and calls for no egg and no milk. Let me know if you
would like it?

Added Touch cake mixes are made by the Shirriff company and they are
owned by Oetker Ltd., 2229 Drew Rd., Mississauga, Ontario L5S1E5 and
their phone number is 1-905-678-1311  fax 1-905-678-7623 and
1-800-387-6939 but I don't know if you can access the 1-800 from the US.
I personally would fax them that way you get it in writing what their
product does and does not contain.
