We'll be flying back east over the holidays. Do the airlines provide a
no milk meal? We'll be on American. A flight attendant that I know
(from a different airline) said that they're airline has a lactose free
meal. I tentatively ordered a kosher meal because all the sample ones
had meat and that would mean no dairy. I'm not real up on the rules, so
would that mean no dairy in the whole meal? Or just no dairy on the
plate with the meat course?

Any suggestions on dealing with the airlines would be appreciated. BTW,
we're going to be in first class, so I assume we should be able to get a
little bit better service :-)

TIA
Kathy
