(Sound of my jaw dropping.) 5-htp is hydroxytryptophan. You mean you are
able to get trytophan in the US again?!!! Where? I had to stock up on it
last time I was in Italy. But since my husband has been on the Atkins
diet, he has not had any panic or depression spells. (And he needs less
sleep.)
