We all agree that vegetable oils are bad, with the exception of olive oil.
But what about nut oils? Visiting my HFS I find walnut, almond, and
hazelnut oils. I also find macadamia oil, but Ray doesn't like the nuts due
to the difficulty someone without technology would have in opening them. I
also found avocado and sesame oils. Hains is now adding Vitamin E to their
oils to maintain freshness, and the hazelnut and macadamia oils were roasted.
