Two people had tried the same recipe (pg. 89) Bette Hagmans book and said
they had tried them baked and didn't care for them.  The frying was better.

Also had two people post that they use a machine like a waffle maker, one
stating that it was about $16 at Walmart or K-Mart.

I phoned around and found these type of donut-makers seem rare here and that
when I did find one at K-Mart they wanted $69.00 plus GST (7% tax).

There were other replies but these were also sent to the list so I won't
summarize those.
