My son's daycare tries to make their cooking projects such that my
son can also enjoy eating them.  For Halloween, they would like to
make pumpkin faces out of rice cakes (decorate with icing or peanut butter
and candy corn for the eyes/nose/mouth).  I haven't given him rice
cakes before and was wondering what brands are gf -- I know that there
has been some discussion over cross contamination with some brands.
