Dear Listmembers,
Can someone please help me ?? I am searching for some flours to use in place
of rice and corn, which I am intolerant of at this time. I have been using
bean flour from Authentic Foods which are wonderful; I am afraid, however,
that I will develop sensitivities to the beans ( chickpeas and fava ) if I
use them daily. Has anyone used other types of GF flour successfully? I am
aware of nut flours but it is so caloric to use in baking that I would really
love to know of other resources. If anyone knows of substitutions please let
me know and also the company to contact. All help is greatly appreciated. I
will post back to the list.
