In the spirit of keeping posts to the List accurate, I have to jump in
and make a correction. Page 8 of _The Gluten-Free Gourmet_ does not
state that there is gluten in decaf.

        It states that "some celiac suffers have felt distress on
        drinking decaffeinated coffee.  The culprit could be the
        chemicals used in the process rather than gluten"
