Can someone please explain DEXTRIN and Maltodextrins, what they are and the
difference if any, between them.
I know that dextrin is from starch. Is it always wheat starch?
Perhaps whomever responds could do so to the list as these are frequent
ingredients in what superficially would seem fine gf foods.
The Veggie Chips at Fresh Fields here in Washington: sweet potato, squash,
carrot, green bean, taro, soybean oil, DEXTRIN and salt. I had a reaction to
something yesterday and perhaps this is the culprit.
Thank you.
