The general consensus of the many people who answered the post regarding
surveys on the list, is that they would like to know: Who is asking for
the survey, What is it for and How it will be used, as well wanting to
have a summary of the results.

Therefore, I hope that those gathering information from our group will
give such an introduction and summary.  I know we all want as much information
out to the general public and medical to help them to understand our
