1.  What are the symptoms with those CD people having a reaction to yeast?
 I'm trying to determine if my 20 mo. old son is having trouble with yeast.
2.  If a recovering celiac accidentally ingests gluten, how long will the
stools continue to be soft?  A day, a week?
3.  How can you be sure that you have CD and not a wheat allergy?
