<if anyone with Celiac Sprue and lactose intolerance has still felt the
effects/unpleasant symptoms of the lactose when it has been an ingredient in
a baked item (i.e, cakes, muffins, etc.)?>

Yes, I was getting cramps after eating a homemade quick bread I love. When I
switched from butter to olive oil in the mix the cramps stopped.

I love butter, so I decided to challenge it one more time. I toasted a
Jillian's roll, and put a pat of butter on each half. The next day I had bad
cramps again.

I'm as certain as I can be that it was the butter in the bread that made me
sick.

Best wishes,
