Noticed a post the other day about adding lecithin to a recipe.  I read
somewhere that lecithin is a no no for celiacs unless it is soy lecithin.
Would someone please set me straight on this.

Also, have been searching for a makeup that doesn't contain gluten.  Have
seen Almay listed as being okay, went to the store and all varieties
contain wheat starch or hydrolized veg protein.
