I have received 31 responses to my previous post. I was seeking advice
related to my celiac friend's loss of balance, blurred vision, double
vision and short term memory loss. First I would like to express my
appreciation for the words of encouragement and support expressed by so
many. They are helpful during this difficult time.

In summary, the reponses suggested hidden gluten in the diet, allergies,
diabetes, MS, hypothriod, need more B12, low blood pressure, another
autoimmunal disease, and Mineriar's disease. It seems that a number of
people experience blurred vision from a gluten hit, but that it went away
fairly rapidly as they recover.

I understand the many suggestions for hidden gluten in the diet, but she
did a recent blood test, and it showed her gluten free. Words can not
express how much effort we put into making sure she only has the safest
foods. Hand prepared from scratch in our own kitchen.

She has seen a neurlogist, had an MRI, and EEG, plus a complete blood work
up. We will follow up on the suggests of immunologist, and ophthamologist.
Thanks again for your support and helpful suggestions.
