Thanks for sharing the recipe. Some of you may be wanting to minimize
(eliminate?) all the extra cooking that goes with this GF business! Why
work when you can eat?

I have found a wonderful frozen Pizza Crust that appears to be GF (no
reactions from this ultra-sensitive celiac).

It is "_Nature's Highlight's_ Brown Rice PIZZA CRUST". Ingredients:
whole grain brown rice, potato, whole sesame seeds. Simple enough.

I have gotten the best results through trial and error by observing the
following ritual when I cook these:

1) Do NOT take the crust out of the freezer until the oven is HOT and
READY. (Mfg states this also).

2) Do NOT use a pan under the crust. Put it directly on your oven rack or
on another open rack (I use a wire cooling rack turned upside down).

3) Cook the crust by itself for 3-5 minutes before adding toppings. Then
take out,
top and put it back in to finish cooking.

These are GREAT. The results are excellent if you follow this procedure.
They can be "chewy" or "gummy" if you don't do it this way.

The info to contact the manufacturer stated on the box:
    Nature's Highlights, Inc.
    PO Box 3526
    Chico, CA 95927
    1-800-313-6454

I have no financial or other connection to the manufacturer.
