hi Cindy-

you know, you could be me writing this. i was strict vege for 7 years, and
now i feel really bad for all those people i nagged about eating 'dead
animals'. worst, my 2 sons are still vege (ages 10 and 12). so far, they
seem normal, growth-wise, and i've been trying to entice them to eat some
meat, but to no avail.
it's terrible, isn't it, how "they" (those invisible conspirists) push us
into eating carbs, what is it now, '6-11 servings a day'. i thought i was
eating really healthy, all those beans and rice and soyburgers, and i just
kept getting fatter, and more tired!

i'm glad you found a way to eat that helps you feel better,
JoAnn.
