The book (Lick The Sugar Habit) is very good through the first half.
 However, somewhere around the halfway point, it veers off into being a
loving parent and nurturing your childern.  Which is fine, if that's the
kind of book you bought.  But I didn't, I bought a book about sugar.  I'll
post comments after I've finished the book.

That did it---You drove me right out of this chair to the unorganized
"book mess". <G>
It *is* Nancy Appelton, Phd. I also made the discovery that I've never
gotten around to reading it!
