        291, still. Explanations?

1.) Ketogenic explanation:
I had a friend over who loves to drink my juice. I only drink
juice in the morning. But while eating two NYS steaks for lunch, I drank
a tumbler full of grapefruit juice.
Solution: None. I start school this week and don't want to modify my diet
to exclude fruit and juice in the first week of school.

2.) Dextrose explanation:
I had four servings (one pakage) of Hormell peperoni on
Wednessday. Maybe the amounts of suger and dextrose were enough to make
gain a bit, which I only now lost back.
Solution: No more "candy" meats, just pure goodstuff.

3.) Sh*t happens explanation:
        It's just a natural platue
Solution: Sign of for weight lifting course.

4.) Someone put a curse on me:
Solution: Sign of for weight lifting course. A spell, for good or ill,
seems to be a creation of strong probability changes with an initial
preponderance for harm or hurt. It all depends on the actions of the
affected person how things turn out. I've seen blessings turn into
nightmares, and total smegheads rehabilitated by a judicious curse. The
supernatural rates of change, combined with an evolutionary correct
high-protein diet, should produce drastic alterations in my muscle/fat
makeup if I apply myself to it. These changes should be enough to earn me
an A for improvement, although I will start out on the bottom of the class
as so much untrained goo.

Either way, I should be back to 3-5 pounds next week.
