Actually, I am no longer particularly concerned about losing
weight.  At 18% body fat I am not at "ideal" body composition,
but I am lean enough that I no longer give much thought to weight
loss.  My purpose in following Ray's example was simply to see if
I would gain or lose weight.  I gained.  I have since lost the 4
pounds.

I'm not taking any medications yet.

I'm not giving up yet, either.  The fact is, I *like* this way of
eating, and feel good with it.  This counts for much, I think.
