Greetings fellow dieters

As a relative newbie to the Paleo scene I have been following the traffic
on your very informative newsgroup for
the last few days. I have now ordered a copy of Ray Audette's Neanderthin
book.

Can I ask whether anyone sees a role for alcohol in the Paleolithic
Paradise? I
do hope so since I find it an invaluable dietary supplement!

I am making this point in all seriousness & would welcome comments &
thoughts on this topic.
