can i assume that pure honey, not taken in extremes, is acceptable??

ps...ice cream is dairy, and a lot of chemicals...plus the sugar..
a 'little' is ok...but i tend to do away with the whole pint/quart when
it's
rocky road or some such flavor! like potato chips..who can eat just one??
