My standard lunch is either a chicken breast or a hamburger patty, or
leftover steak or meat from the previous night's dinner, along with a
middle-to-large sized salad. I sometimes cook a week's worth of meat on
Sunday afternoon, then freeze it in 'tupperware' type containers. Each
morning I make my day's salad and grab a container with meat in it, and
head off to work.
