I don't.  I wish I could.  But I'm starting to see that it's really
hopeless.  (I mean, you should see me yelling in the supermarket at the
ridiculousness of the ingredient lists in foods I can't eat!  I'm sure my
wife is quite embarrassed.)
You can only try to do as well as you can, but unless you can afford $1000
a month for specialty food, you're out of luck.  I can't afford mail-order
free-range grass-fed meat, so I'm stuck with the grain and corn altered
beef.  And the arsenic radiated chicken and the radiated fruit and
vegetables.  I'm going to live longer than I was a year ago (unless I get
hit by a bus!), but not as long as I should.
