Air polution makes antioxidents important. I use pine park,
ginko, and fish oil to get a good dose. My doctor reccomended, and then
unreccomended, a B mutli for me about three times. Eventually his final
decision was to cut down on the meat (yeah, right, just as soon as you cut
down on the orgasms, Doc), eat a bowl of rasin bran for breakfast (oh,
sure, right after you eat this bowl of styrofoam packing peanuts, Doc),
and to take a B multi (sure, if you're paying for it, Doc).
By blood work has all my B vitamens in normal levels, so I don't
see the benifit of megadosing.
