This might be possible, but I was on that list for awhile, and there is a
reason why fructose is not a good candidate for "carb-ups".  I think it was
that after about one or two pieces of fruit, the body has absorbed all the
fructose it can handle, and any more contributes to weight gain (fat).  I'm
not 100% sure on this as this discussion occurred quite a few weeks ago.
 Anybody else out there remember this?

what ever food they like.
