Congradulations on your lower triglyceride level!  You've reduced the #1 risk
factor for heart disease.

By controlling carbohydrate consumption, you're doing the best thing to
control your weight and prevent diabetes.  You may also consider supplements
of chromium and vanadium as well.

For your hot flashes, consider natural progesterone cream.  For restful
sleep, 3-5 mg. of melatonin and the herb Kava 30 min. before bed may help.
