I buy full-fat Thai Kitchen coconut milk (they also sell low-fat). It has
no preservatives in it. Reading a can it says a serving has 90 calories,
and 81 of them are from fat. Now it says 7 servings per can. I use 2
servings per can. A serving of my size has 31.5 grams of fat, of which 24.5
are saturated. I often have half a can a day, plus 5-6 bacon, plus 3 eggs,
plus... No wonder my eyes are getting better! (Actually I think the
prescription of five weeks ago is too strong already.)

Don.
