I have a fair amount of muscle in my legs. I've been doing some ST and
building upper body.
So I could eat about double of what you are eating and be okay? I don't
think I could every day, but just thinking that its safe would be a big
comfort.

Power Law?

Set Point?
I have lost 94 pounds with low carb diets over the last 13 months. I have
over 50 to go. Things have slowed down a LOT and this eat like a bird
thing is working poorly and I'm getting sick of it.
Neanderthin sounds like a key to losing faster while eating more.
