I eat mostly meat. My liver is fine. I'm healtheir than I've ever been.

During the cold winter months, what would cavemen have eaten besides meat?
There was no canning, no refrigeration. They ate what they could get, and
in the winterm that was meat. Your friend is a victim of the same
brainwashing and misinformation that most of us were before we found out
about low-carb and/or paleo diet. Why not ask her to read the book?
Although, I must warn you, only 1 out of 20 people can ever be convinced
that we're not nuts. I made a major breakthrough this weekend; with a
large folder of printed material and some persuasive arguing, I think I
finally convinced my folks to ditch the margarine and processed vegetable
oils. But my mother told me, "don't even mention this to your sister, you
know she'll go berserk on you". Ah, well.

One of my friends said that too much meat is bad for my son, that the liver
cannot process all the protein.

What is the Neanderthin answer to that statement?

BTW, she is not a vegetarian advocate, rather advocates a balanced diet of
protein, vegetables and carbos.
