Denise,
If you don't have outwardly manifested symptoms when you eat anything
with casein, what symptoms did you have that alerted you to a casein
intolerance? I am gluten intolerant and I asked my GI doctor about
the possibility of casein intolerance as well. I might as well have
asked a post. I am still having some digestive problems and I am
trying to be very careful about ingesting gluten so I thought I might
be casein intolerant, too. I don't know what to expect if a person is
casein intolerant as well.
