IMHO, orange juice is not the greatest thing for a person prone to food
sensitivities. Neither are nuts (my suggestion, but at least you can rotate
them). I got a recipe for making nut milk from The Yeast Connection
Cookbook and my kids eat cereal that way. Now, they probably would not have
eaten it that when they first went off milk, but they do now.
Have you tried making tapioca pudding, substituting with rice, soy or nut
milk? My kids love it!
