Rice milk is thinner than soy milk so it's a bit more difficult to use it
in things like pudding.
Fresh it's good but you'll get a layer of water pretty soon.
Rice milk is naturaly sweeter than soy milk. We use it because it tastes so
sweet without any sugar.
So I'll think your kid will like it very much.
The taste of natural soy milk is for a lot of people not so good.
There are other kinds of soy milk (with apple juice, sugar, vanilla, ...)
to try out. Ask your health food shop for it.
You also can try to mix rice milk with soy milk. In the beginning use more
rice milk then soy milk.
Then use less and less rice milk until you get used to the taste of soy
milk. Works very good.
I've got some recipes with rice milk, but that will make this message even
longer.
